Summary

Provides that certain digital processing units for automated data processing machines that are imported into the United States after April 17, 1987, and before January 1, 1988, and are unliquidated as of December 31, 1987, shall be liquidated or reliquidated as duty free upon proper request filed with the appropriate customs officer.
