Summary
Entitles certain regulated public utility companies, interstate transportation providers, and communications media businesses operating in areas affected by Hurricanes Andrew or Iniki or Typhoon Omar to apply for and receive disaster assistance loans under appropriate provisions of the Small Business Act without regard to: (1) the size of the qualifying business; (2) the availability of non-Federal sources of credit; or (3) the maximum amount of assistance established under such provisions or related regulations.
