Summary
Transfers title in certain lands in the District of Columbia comprising the Potomac River shoreline to the United States. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to administer such lands so as to assure the preservation and protection of the shoreline and for recreational and related purposes. Authorizes legal action against the United States to recover just compensation for the lands taken pursuant to this Act. Specifies that just compensation shall be determined as of July 12, 1979.
