Extends from one year to not more than two years the possible period of appointment of graduate and student nurses to the Department of Medicine and Surgery of the Veterans Administration. Authorizes the reappointment to such Department for one year of a student pursuing a full course of nursing in a recognized nursing school approved by the Administrator of Veterans Affairs.
