Summary
Modifies the project for Blue Marsh Lake, Berks County, Pennsylvania, to direct the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to relocate and restore intact the historic structure known as the Gruber Wagon Works located on Federal lands. Directs that upon completion of the relocation and restoration that the title be transferred to the County of Berks. Authorizes the appropriation of such additional sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
