Establishes the per-annum pay scale for specified personnel of the Department of Medicine and Surgery of the Veterans; Administration, including the Chief Medical Director, at $49,700. States that in order to attract or retain highly qualified physicians, dentists, and nurses in the Department, such persons may be paid an additional 25 percent of their annual salary.
