Summary
Provides that veterans enrolled in vocational educational course shall not receive educational assistance for any day of absence in excess of thirty days in a twelve month period not counting as abscences weekend, or legal holidays established by Federal or State law during which the institution is not regularly in session. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 1780(a)(2))
