Summary
Amends the Mount Rushmore Commemorative Coin Act to direct that a specified amount of the surcharges from the sale of such coins be paid to the Mount Rushmore National Memorial Society of Black Hills to assist its efforts to improve and enlarge the Mount Rushmore National Memorial. Mandates that the remainder be returned to the Treasury for purposes of reducing the national debt.
