Summary

Labor Organizations Equal Presentation Time Act of 1993 - Amends the National Labor Relations Act to require that employees be assured an equal opportunity to obtain information about issues relating to representation by a labor organization from the organization itself, if an employer or employer representative addresses them on such issues on the employer's premises or during working hours. Requires that labor organizations have access to areas in which employees work, the right to use the employer's bulletin boards, mailboxes, and other communications media, and the right to use the employer's facilities for meeting with respect to the exercise of rights guaranteed by such Act.
