Summary

Juveniles in Drug Crime Prevention Act of 1989 - Amends the Controlled Substances Act to increase the minimum term of imprisonment for: (1) employment or use of persons under 18 years of age in drug operations; and (2) employment or use of persons under 14 years of age in such operations. Amends the Federal criminal code to include as a serious drug offense any act of juvenile delinquency which, if committed by an adult, would be a serious drug offense constituting an armed career criminal act predicate offense.
