Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to transfer all or a part of the rice acreage allotment for any farm to another farm in the same county or to an adjoining county if planting is prevented by a natural disaster. Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture, because of natural disaster to a farm or portion thereof, to transfer land allotted to peanut acreage to another farm in the same county or to an adjoining county when such peanuts cannot be timely planted or replanted in that year.
