Summary

Directs the head of any Federal department, agency, or entity to which a State, political subdivision, or person donated materials, funds, or services to allow the continued operation of all or part of a public educational or recreational facility, during a period of unavailability of appropriations for such facility, to reimburse such donor, at the donor's request, for expenses reasonably incurred or for the value of the materials or services donated. Defines a public educational or recreational facility as a unit of a national park system or other Federal facility established to provide educational or recreational opportunities to the general public. Authorizes appropriations for such reimbursement.
