Travel and Tourism Promotion Act of 2001 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a consumer travel credit. Establishes in the Department of Commerce a United States Travel and Tourism Promotion Bureau to promote tourism and restore consumer confidence in the wake of September 11, 2001.
