Summary

Provides that a named company shall be granted a ten-year period within which to make full payment to the United States of a judgment entered against it by the United States Court of Claims. Provides that all interest owed in the net amount prior to and after the entry of the judgment shall be forgiven as of the date of enactment of this Act.
