Summary

Makes the surviving spouse of an Armed Forces retiree eligible for an annuity under the Survivor Benefit Plan if married to the retiree at least one year before the retiree's death. Eliminates the reduction made to the retired or retainer pay of retired members of the Armed Forces under the Survivor Benefit plan during any month when there is no eligible spouse beneficiary.
