Summary
Government-Sponsored Enterprises User Fee Act of 1985 - Requires the Secretary of the Treasury to assess each Government-sponsored enterprise a quarterly fee based on the amount of the outstanding obligations of such enterprise. Imposes interest charges on late payments. Defines a Government-sponsored enterprise as the Federal Home Loan Banks, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, the Federal National Mortgage Association, the Central and Regional Banks for Cooperatives, the Federal Intermediate Credit Banks, the Federal Land Banks, the Student Loan Marketing Association, their subsidiaries, and subsequently created entities with analogous functions.
