Summary

Amends the Federal Supplemental Compensation Act of 1982 to increase the number of weeks an individual may receive Federal supplemental unemployment compensation benefits. Revises the formula for determining the amount in an individual's account under such Act. Revises provisions relating to types of State unemployment periods for which program benefits are payable. Directs the Secretary of Labor to require modifications of agreements with States under such Act to conform with the amendments made by this Act within a specified period.
