Summary
Eliminates double compensation of a civil service employee during the term such employee is on active duty or field or coast defense training as a member of the armed forces reserve or of the National Guard by requiring that the compensation received by such employee during such term to be credited against the pay payable to such employee with respect to his or her civilian position.
