Summary
Career Education Implementation Incentive Act - Authorizes the appropriation of specified sums for each of the fiscal years 1979 through 1983 for the purpose of providing Federal incentives to State and local educational agencies and institutions to develop and implement career education programs for individuals of all ages. Requires each State desiring funds to submit an annual application and plan containing specified assurances and meeting requirements established by the Commissioner of Education. Sets forth the duties and responsibilities of the Commissioner, each State, and various agencies or institutions with respect to career education programs and their development.
