Summary

Arizona Experiment Station Land Conveyance Act of 2021 This bill directs the Department of Agriculture (USDA), if the Arizona Board of Regents, acting on behalf of the University of Arizona Experiment Station, submits a written request to USDA for the conveyance of approximately 13.3 acres of National Forest System land within the Coconino National Forest in Arizona, to convey to the university such land, including related infrastructure, improvements, and easements on that land. The land must be maintained by the university and used for university purposes or the land shall revert to the United States, at the discretion of USDA.
