Summary

Unfair Competition Act - States that a person commits unlawful and unfair competition under the Federal Trade Commission Act when he: (1) passes off goods or services that he offers to purchasers as or for the goods or services that another offers to purchasers or (2) misrepresents his goods or services or those of another to actual or prospective purchasers. Provide for injunctive relief from and damages for violations of this Act.
