Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to reduce, through December 31, 1999, the duty on certain weaving machines by four percent of the rate of duty that would otherwise apply based on Presidential Proclamation 6763, dated December 23, 1994. Provides for retroactive application of such temporary duty reduction upon request.
