Summary

Authorizes to be appropriated under the Peace Corps Act $80,826,000, for fiscal year 1976, and $25,729,000 for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, to carry out the purposes of the Act. Authorizes to be appropriated for fiscal year 1976 such sums as necessary for increases in salary, pay, retirement and other benefits. Requires the Director of Action to transfer $315,000 to an account of the Treasury Department to rectify the account imbalance prior to December 31, 1975.
