Summary
Thurgood Marshall's Elementary School Study Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a special resource study of P.S. 103, the public school located in West Baltimore, Maryland, which former Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall attended as a youth (the study area). Requires the Secretary to: (1) evaluate the national significance of the study area and determine its suitability and feasibility as a unit of National Park System, and (2) consider other alternatives for the preservation and interpretation of such area.
