Summary

Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to construct and maintain a national memorial, to Franklin Delano Roosevelt on Franklin D. Roosevelt Island in New York City, New York. Requires that such memorial shall be built, to the maximum extent possible, to a specified plan. Requires the Secretary to consult with the New York State Urban Development Corporation in carrying out the provisions of this Act. Authorizes appropriations.
