Summary

Amends the federal criminal code to prohibit the generating or transmitting of: (1) false caller ID information with the intention of wrongfully obtaining anything of value; or (2) caller ID information pertaining to a person or entity without consent and with the intention of deceiving the recipient of a call about the identity of the caller. Prohibits, with certain exceptions, selling any service that enables users to modify, generate, or transmit false or misleading caller ID information or attempting or conspiring to do so.
