Summary
Increases the annual salary rates of the Chief Justice, Associate Justices of the Supreme Court, U.S. circuit judges, U.S. district judges, and judges of the U.S. Court of International Trade by 30 percent of their respective existing rates. Requires that certain judicial salary rates be adjusted on the same date and by the same percentage amount that civil service retirement annuities are increased. Repeals a provision of the judicial code that required specific congressional authorization for salary increases for Federal judges and justices of the Supreme Court. Authorizes appropriations.
