Summary
Amends part D (Child Support and Establishment of Paternity) of title IV of the Social Security Act to direct the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to make available to any State wage information, contained in the records of the Social Security Administration, which is necessary to establish, determine the amount of, or enforce the child support obligations which a State has undertaken to enforce pursuant to its plan under part D. Amends the Internal Revenue Code to permit officers and employees of the Social Security Administration to disclosure tax return information which has been disclosed to them to officers and employees of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, or to an appropriate State agency for the purpose of: (1) determining eligibility for benefits or the amount of benefits under part A of title IV (Aid to Families with Dependent Children) of the Social Security Act; or (2) determining the amount of child support obligations or enforcing such obligations under part D of title IV.
