Summary

Designates the following lands in the Mark Twain National Forest, Missouri, as wilderness: (1) Bell Mountain Wilderness; (2) Rockpile Mountain Wilderness; (3) Piney Creek Wilderness; and (4) Devil's Backbone Wilderness. Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to file a map and legal description of each such wilderness with the appropriate congressional committees.
