Suspends certain requirements contained in the Act of February 16, 1938, until: (1) it is agreed among the parties of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) that such requirements do not violate such Agreement; or (2) there is a final determination, under the dispute resolution procedure established for GATT, that they do not violate it.
