Comprehensive Drug Law Enforcement, Prevention, and Treatment Act - Amends the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984 to require that the Department of Justice Assets Forfeiture Fund and the Customs Forfeiture Fund be used to provide additional funding for: (1) comprehensive drug law enforcement; and (2) drug abuse education, prevention, treatment, and research.
