Summary
Niobrara River Scenic River Designation Act of 1985 - Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a segment of the Niobrara River, Nebraska, as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to establish a Niobrara Scenic River Advisory Council to assist in the development and implementation of a management plan for such river segment to protect agricultural, scenic, historic, and other interests.
