Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter into agreements with any appropriate Federal, State, or local agency or entity for the purpose of utilizing law enforcement personnel, services, and facilities to enforce laws and regulations with respect to water resource development projects. Authorizes the Bureau of Reclamation to take necessary action to carry out law enforcement responsibilities on lands and projects under its jurisdiction or control, including reservoirs, canals, property, facilities, and resources. Specifies law enforcement activities which the Commissioner of the Bureau may authorize employees of the Bureau to perform to carry out such responsibilities.
