Summary
Authorizes the President to present, on behalf of the Congress, to Aminda Badeau Wilkins, the widow of Roy Wilkins, a gold medal in recognition of his contributions to the struggle for civil rights and equality for all Americans. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury (Secretary) to strike a gold medal. Authorizes appropriations. Directs the Secretary to strike up to 750,000 gold, silver, or bronze medals to commemorate the 1984 Lousiana World Exposition in New Orleans, Louisiana. Authorizes the Speaker of the House and the President pro tempore of the Senate to present, on behalf of Congress, bronze medals to those American personnel listed as missing or otherwise unaccounted for in Southeast Asia. Authorizes appropriations. Authorizes the President to present to Danny Thomas a gold medal in recognition of his humanitarian efforts and his outstanding work as an American. Authorizes appropriations. Authorizes the Secretary to coin for sale bronze duplicates of all the gold medals struck pursuant to this Act.
