Summary
Sacramento River National Recreation Area Act of 2011 - Establishes the Sacramento River National Recreation Area in California, consisting of specified public land in Tehama and Shasta Counties. Requires the development of a comprehensive plan for the long-range protection and management of the Recreation Area.
