Summary
Establishes the Stonewall Jackson Lake National Recreation Area, West Virginia. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire land and water interests. Directs the Secretary to administer such Area. Authorizes hunting, fishing, and trapping in such Area except in designated zones. Continues existing oil and gas extraction rights. Directs the Secretary to establish an advisory commission for such Area. Authorizes appropriations.
