Summary

Provides penalties for any person carrying an unlicensed concealed weapon in the District of Columbia. States that such person shall be fined not more than $1,000 and imprisoned for a term which shall not be less than six months or more than one year; except that, if any person commits a violation of this section after one or more prior convictions of him for a violation of this section, or for a felony in the District of Columbia or any other jurisdiction, such person shall be fined not more than $2,000 and imprisoned for a term which shall not be less than one year or more than ten years.
