Summary
Amends the District of Columbia Code to require eight members of the District of Columbia Commission on Mental Health to be mental-health professionals practicing in the District, each of whom has had not less than five years' experience in the treatment of mental illnesses. (Current law requires the eight to be physicians who have been practicing medicine in the District.)
