Summary
Makes multiple-purpose water resource projects eligible for Federal financial aid under the Small Reclamation Projects Act of 1956. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to increase the amount of Federal aid to projects receiving aid under such Act if the cost of such projects increases due to inflation. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out projects under such Act, but not to exceed $400,000,000.
