Summary
Amends the program of Aid to Families with Dependent Children of Title IV of the Social Security Act to require recipients of aid under such Title to register for manpower services, training, unemployment and other employment related activities with the Secretary of Labor. Disallows a disregard of earned income in determining eligibility for aid under such Title in any month where an individual fails without good cause to report earned income received in such month.
