Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to carry out such dredging and related activities and shoreline stabilization work on the Missouri River Oxbow Lakes, with particular attention to lake Manawa in the State of Iowa, as the Secretary determines necessary to fully implement the general improvement program in and around such lakes for recreation and fish and wildlife purposes being carried out by such State and other public agencies.
