Summary
Amends the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 to remove the limitation restricting the use of the Fund for the acquisition of inholdings within the National Forests to areas within the boundaries of such Forests as they existed on January 1, 1965. Authorizes the acquisition of lands valued primarily for endangered species or wildlife purposes, in addition to existing outdoor recreation purposes.
