Summary

Terminates any permit, lease, or authorization for the use of any area of the public lands or National Forests for communication purposes such as radio and television broadcast, mobile radio, cellular telephone, or microwave relay facilities unless by October 1 of each year the holder of such permit, lease, or authorization pays to the Secretary of the Interior or Agriculture its fair market value.
