Summary
Protect our Children First Act of 2007 - Amends the Missing Children's Assistance Act to: (1) revise and expand the required uses for the annual grant made to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention; and (2) reauthorize the missing children's assistance and the NCMEC grant programs through FY2013. Amends the Crime Control Act of 1990 to allow Inspector General staff members to assist the NCMEC in conducting reviews of inactive missing children case files.
