Grants a Federal charter to the National Federation of Music Clubs. States that this corporation is formed for fraternal, patriotic, historical, and educational purposes; to bring into working relations with one another, music clubs and other musical organizations and individuals directly or indirectly associated with musical activity for the purpose of developing and maintaining high musical standards; to aid and encourage musical education; and to promote American music and American artists throughout the United States of America and other nations.
