Summary
Provides, under the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972, that any amount appropriated for a fiscal year under any law of the United States for the purpose of making payments to State or local governments which at the end of such fiscal year has not been transferred or obligated to such governments by the Federal agency conducting the program under which such payments are made shall be transferred to the Trust Fund established by such Act and added to the amount appropriated for the entitlement period which immediately succeeds the fiscal year for which such amount was appropriated.
