Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to modify the water delivery schedule from central and southern Florida to the Everglades National Park and to conduct an experimental program to improve such water delivery. Directs the Secretary to make such flood control modifications as are necessary to restore the natural flow of water to the Everglades National Park. Directs the Secretary to undertake necessary flood protection measures for homes affected by water delivery modifications or by the restoration of natural water flow.
