Summary
Access to Free Speech for All Act or the AFSFA Act This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to support national resource centers, as well as to establish an advisory committee, to address augmentative and alternative communication devices, services, and supports (which supplement or replace speech or sign language for individuals with disabilities that inhibit those forms of communication).
