Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to designate specified areas for addition to the Manassas National Battlefield Park, Virginia. Authorizes the Secretary to acquire such lands or interests therein under specified conditions. Prohibits the Secretary from closing any State road within such Park unless authorized by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Permits the continued use and occupancy of such property for noncommercial residential purposes under specified conditions. Authorizes appropriations for the acquisition of such lands from the Land and Water Conservation Fund.
