Summary
Requires the Secretary of Agriculture to compute and publish periodically, but not less often than once each year, a cost of production index for wheat, cotton, corn, grain sorghum, soybeans, barley, oats, and rye. Requires the first such cost of production index to be published by the Secretary of Agriculture within 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
